The following terms and conditions outline the eligibility requirements and procedures for requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee for The Intensive program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with the following terms in full.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund under the money-back guarantee, the participant must meet all of the following criteria:
1.1 Live Attendance
The participant must attend each weekly lesson live and remain present for the full duration of the lesson. Watching replays or partial attendance (arriving late, leaving early) will disqualify the participant from eligibility.
1.2 Homework Completion
All weekly homework assignments must be completed in full, including every section and component, and submitted by 5:00 PM MST each Friday during the program. Late submissions will not be accepted, and incomplete homework will void refund eligibility.
1.3 Full Implementation
The participant must implement all components of each weekly lesson. Selective, partial or delayed implementation will not be considered sufficient. The expectation is full execution of strategies, materials, scripts, and workflows as taught.
1.4 Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by 11:59 PM MST on the final day of the program. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
2. Definition of "Results"
While financial outcomes such as bookings and revenue may occur during the program, they are not guaranteed. The absence of financial results does not, on its own, constitute grounds for a refund.
For the purposes of the money-back guarantee, "results" may include (but are not limited to):
Improved website copy (i.e., clearer messaging, increased engagement or conversions)
Increase in website traffic
Increase in Google Ad Impressions or Clicks
Acquisition of new email addresses for a mailing list
Streamlined client workflows
Greater ease or effectiveness in client sales calls using provided scripts
Inquiries received during the program period
Bookings received during the program period
If the participant fully complies with all eligibility requirements and can demonstrate with physical proof that none of the above types of results were achieved during the 8-week program period, they may request a refund.
3. Verification and Review
All refund requests will be subject to a review process. The participant must provide supporting documentation of their attendance, homework submissions, full implementation efforts and proof of no results. The program administrator reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria in full.
4. General Provisions
This money-back guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
No partial refunds will be issued.
This guarantee applies solely to the duration of the 8-week program.
