HOSTING IS THE FUN PART

LAUNCHING IS THE PART THAT IS STALLING YOUR EVENT.

You already know you want to host a retreat, workshop, or content day.
You’ve got the creative details on lock. The vision is there.

But the launch keeps getting pushed because it’s not one task. It’s FIFTY.
And you’re already running a whole other business.

You don’t have time to take another course or get coached through it step-by-step.
You want it built correctly the First time so you can sell without crossing your Fingers.

here's what that usually sounds like:

“I just need a free weekend to write the sales page.”

“I’ll work on it after I deliver this gallery.”

“I should post, but I don’t know what to say.”

“Ads sound great, but I don’t even know where to start.”

“I can’t launch until the backend is set up.”

“I don’t want to launch until it feels 100% ready.”

SO IT STAYS A
"SOMEDAY" IDEA

Not because it’s a bad idea. Because building the whole “launch correctly” is a lot to carry alone.

HI, I'M KASEY JO

Your launch builder for retreats, workshops, and content days.

I’m the owner of Elope Academy, and I’m the person you hand this to when you’re done trying to squeeze a launch into the cracks of your calendar.

I’ve launched and sold 57 events of my own, bringing in $2.7M in event revenue. I’ve also coached 70+ other hosts to do the same, and their event revenue now surpasses mine. That’s the goal.

So no, you’re not walking into a “hope it works” situation here. You’re getting a process that’s been tested in real time, refIned through a lot of launches, and built for people who have a business to run while they’re launching.

I help you turn your idea into a real offer that actually sells. Not with a coaching program you’ll “get to when things slow down.” This is about execution. It’s about having someone who knows what matters, what doesn’t, and how to build a launch that works in the real world.

If you’re thinking, “Yeah, I could do this myself eventually…” cool. But you didn’t land on this page because you want to spend the next 12 weeks Figuring it out. You’re here because you want it built correctly, without the chaos, and without you carrying every piece alone.

that's exactly where i come in.

This is what happens when your launch is finished...

The idea stops living in your head and starts making you money.

You hit publish. Spots open. Photographers are lined up to book their spots.

Not someday. Not “when things slow down.” It’s live. Your retreat, workshop, or content day is out in the world, and you’re actually selling spots.

peace of mind that your launch is already built for you

You wake up and you already know what you’re posting. You know what email is going out. You know what you’re saying and why you’re saying it.

You’re not piecing things together in real time. You’re executing a plan that’s already built.

That giant unfInished project hanging over your head? Gone.

Your launch is built. It’s organized. It’s ready to go live. Which means your energy goes back to what you actually care about: making the retreat, workshop, or content day feel so dang good that people can’t wait to be in the room.

and the best part??

You’re still the creative brain behind the experience. You still get to obsess over the vibe and the details. You’re just doing it with a launch that’s already handled, so the selling Finally keeps up with the idea.

launch
in-a
day

introducing...

Launch in a Day is a done-for-you launch build for your retreat, workshop, or content day.

You hand me the details, and I take the entire launch off your plate so you can hit publish and start selling without spending the next 3 months building it yourself.

here's what's included:

1. THE STRATEGY

Your Launch Roadmap

This is the step-by-step 4-Week Launch Roadmap for your retreat, workshop, or content day launch. We map the Flow from “warming people up” to “spots are almost gone” so you know what happens First, what happens next, and what actually moves people to book. It’s built around your timeline and capacity so you’re launching with intention & strategy.

Strategic Launch Messaging for Your Audience

We nail the message that makes your event instantly make sense to the right people. Who it’s for, why it matters, what they’re walking away with, and why now. This is the difference between “sounds cool” and “where’s the link?” because your audience gets it fast and knows exactly what they’re saying yes to.

Content & Email Themes Mapped Out

You’re not winging this launch. We map out the themes and talking points for what you’re saying across the entire launch so your posts and emails work together and build momentum. You’ll know what you’re posting, what you’re emailing, and what each piece is doing, without waking up stressed and starting from a blank screen.

Launch Timeline & Deadlines Locked In

We lock the dates, the order, and the deadlines so your launch becomes a real plan on the calendar, not a “soon” project in your head. You know what needs to happen by when, and the launch is a real plan.

2. THE coPY

Sales page copy that sells the event for you

Not an event page that explains the basics. A page built to convert and do the heavy lifting for you. Clear positioning, strong structure, the right details in the right order, and copy that makes someone go from “wait tell me more” to “where do I book?”

A complete launch email sequence that does the heavy lifting

Sales blasts, nurture, waitlist, urgency… the full Flow. This is the part that turns interest into bookings, answers the questions before they hit your inbox, and keeps your launch from relying on one Instagram post and a prayer.

Strategic social content that matches the launch

Reels, posts, captions, and story prompts and ideas mapped to the same message your emails and sales page are saying. So your audience isn’t confused, you’re not making it up the morning of, and your content actually builds demand instead of just “being consistent.”

Your message, tightened and repeatable

This is the part people don’t realize they need until they have it. The core language that makes it easy to talk about your retreat, workshop, or content day without rewriting everything from scratch every time you post. It becomes simple to show up and sell because the words are already locked in.

3. THE GROWTH SYSTEM

A Meta Ad Fully Built and Set Up for You

I go into your Meta Business Suite and build the campaign for you, end-to-end. Audience targeting included. When we’re done, you’re not learning Ads Manager, you’re hitting publish with a Meta ad that’s already built to reach the right people for your event.

Custom Meta ad copy & graphics created for your audience

This is where your launch stops relying only on your current followers. Your ads are written and designed intentionally so they speak directly to the right person and make them want to click. You’re not guessing what to say, and you’re not scrambling to make a graphic at the last minute.

An aligned lead magnet that attracts the right people

Not a random freebie just to “have one.” This is built to pull in the kind of person who would actually pay for your retreat, workshop, or content day. It gives you a clean way to grow your email list with warm leads instead of launching to whoever happens to see your post that day.

Your opt-in & delivery system set up and connected

The backend gets built so people can opt in, get the freebie automatically, and land exactly where they’re supposed to. This is what makes your launch feel smooth and professional, and it keeps your list growing in the background while you’re doing literally anything else.

4. THE EXPERIENCE

One Full In-Person VIP Day, 1:1 With Me

This is one focused day where you hand it over and I take the lead. We’re working together in-person at my offIce just an hour north of Denver, Colorado (virtual is an option as well). Decisions happen strategically and approvals happen in real time.

Real-Time revisions
So Nothing Gets Stuck

No waiting days for a reply. No long back-and-forth. You get to say yes, tweak, approve, and move on while everything is being built. This is why it gets Finished in a day instead of dragging out for weeks.

A Completely Built Backend for Your Launch

This is the part that makes you exhale. When our day is done, you’re not leaving with a pile of drafts and a to-do list. You’re leaving with your launch built in the backend so you can go live and sell without needing another month of tech setup.

Space to Dream Big and Build it With Intention

You’re still the creative brain behind the experience. This day gives you room to think bigger and make smart decisions with support, while I handle the heavy lift of turning it into a real launch.

Meet the retreat hosts who put this into motion

student case study

meet kiella

Kiella joined Launch in a Day in June of 2025 as a well-established photographer stepping into a brand new styled-shoot hosting business. She had the creative vision, but was getting high interest with low conversions and felt totally lost on how to actually sell tickets and nurture her audience. After our day together, she walked away with a complete, easy-to-follow launch system, fInally understanding how email, social, ads, and engagement work together, and felt grounded in how to show up authentically and get people genuinely excited to buy.

student case study

meet maddie

Maddie joined Launch in a Day in November of 2025 as a First-time retreat host with no established audience and zero experience hosting. She had never launched an event before and wanted to make sure she didn’t miss her shot. Within weeks of our day together, she sold out her Acadia National Park retreat. Just two months later, she’s already preparing to launch her second retreat, showing up with momentum, direction, and a plan she trusts. What started as a big, intimidating idea quickly turned into a repeatable path she’s excited to run again.

student case study

meet cheyene

Cheyene joined Launch in a Day in September of 2025 after spending years spinning her wheels on marketing, launching, and generating leads. She didn’t want another vague plan, she wanted a real strategy that felt automated, manageable, and aligned with how she actually wanted to run her business. Within weeks, she grew her email list, gained a clear understanding of how launches work, learned how to use Meta ads strategically, and fInally felt confIdent pricing her work without living paycheck to paycheck. What once felt overwhelming and confusing turned into a grounded, empowered plan she was genuinely excited to execute.

student case study

meet madi

Madi joined Launch in a Day in October of 2025 after years of launching multiple events that looked great on paper but weren’t translating into ticket sales or profIt. She had the creative side dialed, but the backend felt overwhelming and kept her stuck in overthinking mode. After our day together building her Outer Banks Retreat, she fInally had momentum. She saved months of time, got organized, and understood exactly how her launch should move from start to fInish. What once felt chaotic and stressful turned into a process she felt steady executing, giving her the direction she needed to move forward without spinning her wheels again.

student case study

meet emilie

Emilie joined Learn to Host in June of 2025 with no prior experience launching retreats, just a strong pull toward hosting and no clear idea where to start. Fast forward to January of 2026, and she has one international retreat in Greece and eight National Park content days offIcially launched. What began as a passion she wasn’t sure how to act on quickly turned into a full lineup of real, executable events. She moved from idea-stage to action with direction, support, and the confIdence to build an entirely new brand of her business.

student case study

meet esther

Esther joined Learn to Host in early 2025 as an experienced retreat host with an established brand, but wanted ticket sales to feel easier and more profItable. After refIning her launch and sales process, she hosted retreats in Iceland in 2025 and Ireland in 2026 with a stronger, more intentional approach to selling. By mid-2025, she had already reached her goal of $90k in additional revenue. What once felt heavy and inconsistent turned into a streamlined system that supported sustainable growth without burning her out.

meet taylor

Taylor joined Launch in a Day in November of 2025 with no established audience and only one small-scale content day under her belt. She had a bigger vision of traveling from the East Coast to host a mountain elopement content day in the PacifIc Northwest, but wasn’t sure how to pull it off. After our virtual day together, she had a clear launch plan in place and the direction she needed to move forward confIdently. What once felt like a far-off dream became a real, executable event.

meet rachel

Rachel joined Launch in a Day in May of 2025 during her fIrst year in business as a photographer, feeling the pull to host long before she thought she “should.” After attending an international girls trip retreat set among lush jungles, waterfalls, and volcanic landscapes, she knew that was where she wanted to take her work next. By the end of our day together, she had a complete plan in place to turn that vision into a real, executable retreat. What started as an early-career dream became a grounded path forward she felt ready to follow.

meet laura

Laura joined Launch in a Day in January of 2026 as a highly established wedding photographer known for her night photography, but with no existing audience for hosting. She saw a clear gap for photographers who wanted to learn the art of shooting after dark, but didn’t know where to start. Together, we built a brand-new hosting audience and prepared her workshop launch with intention. What began as a niche idea rooted in her expertise became a structured, teachable experience she felt ready to share with the right people.

what happens next?

step one

Apply, get the payment plan options, schedule our consult call

You apply and tell me what you’re launching, what the event is, and your ideal timeframe.

I review your application, then you’ll get an email from me walking you through the next steps and the payment plan options.

If it’s a match, you’ll book a consult call so we can go over your event, your goals, your timeline, and exactly what Launch in a Day would look like for you. From there, you'll book your date with the fIrst payment to lock everything in & get started.

step two

prep-work (what you need to submit 14 days before your VIP Day)

Launch in a Day works best when the event details are ready to go before I begin my prepwork (14 days before the VIP Day). Your intake doc is due 14 days before the event, and will cover event details like:

• Your event type and theme (retreat, workshop, or content day)
• Location locked (and date ideally)
• What’s included (what they get, how long it is, what the experience looks like)
• Pricing and capacity (or a range you’re considering)

Then I do the behind-the-scenes prep to set us up for a smooth, fast build day.

step three

One Full In-Person VIP Day,
1:1 With Me

You’ll join me in my offIce in Fort Collins, Colorado (about an hour north of Denver). Virtual VIP Day is an option too. Coffee is on me, lunch is included, and for the whole day your launch gets my full attention. I build it the way I’d build my own, and we’ll talk through the strategy as we go so you know exactly why we’re doing what we’re doing. Approvals happen in real time, questions get answered on the spot, and you leave with decisions made and a launch that’s ready to go live.

step four

launch &
start selling

You leave with a launch that’s ready to go live. You hit publish, open spots, and start selling. The emails are scheduled, the content is mapped, the ad is ready to run, and you’re offIcially in the fun part now: watching the thing you’ve been sitting on become real.

meet the hosts who have
dreamed big
& made it happen!

your questions, answered!

What do I need to have decided before my VIP Day?

You don’t need every tiny detail perfect, but the core pieces need to be decided before we build.
Before your VIP Day, have these ready:

  • What you’re hosting: retreat, workshop, or content day
  • Date(s) + location: when and where it’s happening (date isn’t needed)
  • What’s included: what attendees get and the general Flow of the experience
  • Capacity: how many spots you’re selling (or a range)
  • Pricing: your ticket price (or the Final range you’re choosing between)
  • Any brand assets, a headshot, access to the correct platforms, and any existing list/IG handles you want us to use

If one of these is still in progress, we’ll handle it during the prep phase so the VIP Day stays focused on building.

How far in advance should I book this if I want to launch by a certain date?

I don’t have a personal preference on when your Launch in a Day happens. I can book your VIP Day anywhere from 14 days to 6 months in advance (pending availability).

If you have a specifIc launch date in mind, the sweet spot is booking 4 weeks ahead so we have time to get your details, logins, and prep handled before we build. If you’re on a tighter timeline, 14 days can work, it just means you’ll need to be ready to move fast with your prep work.

What if my audience is small or I’ve never hosted an event before?

Whether you’ve never hosted before or you’ve hosted a bunch, you’re in the right place.

If you’re brand new, building from scratch is honestly my favorite. This process was designed to work at any stage, which is exactly why there’s a Growth System built in. If this feels foreign right now, I’ll walk you through the decisions that matter and explain the strategy as we go, while I build the launch for you.

And if you have hosted before, even better. You already know the experience side, and now we get to tighten the launch side. Also… if you’re here and you’ve hosted, there’s a reason you’re here. Let’s Fix what’s been feeling messy, heavy, or inconsistent and set you up to sell with way less effort.

Do I have to launch immediately after our VIP Day, or can I launch later when I’m ready?

You can launch later.

Your VIP Day is about getting everything built and ready to go live. Some people launch immediately after because they’re ready. Other people book this months ahead and use it to get the whole launch Finished early, then they hit publish when their timeline says it’s go time.

Either way, you’re leaving with a launch that’s ready. You get to choose when you want to press publish.

I can’t do this in person. Can we do it virtually and does it still work?

Yes. We can absolutely do this virtually, and it still works.

Instead of being in my Fort Collins offIce, we’ll do a Virtual VIP Day over Zoom. You’ll be on screen for real-time decisions and approvals, and I’ll be building everything live via screenshare as we go. Same process, same level of focus, same done-for-you outcome.

The only downside is I can’t hug and squeeze you after our 8-hour build day. You’ll have to settle for a very enthusiastic “WE DID IT” on camera.

All of this in a day… won’t it feel rushed?

Nope, it won’t feel rushed, because my work isn’t starting the morning you walk in.

Before your VIP Day, I’m drafting and building behind the scenes so I show up with real work in hand. The VIP Day is where we review, refIne, and make Final decisions together. I’ll walk you through the strategy and the “why” behind what I built, you approve in real time, and we polish it until it’s ready to launch.

So the day feels focused and productive, not chaotic. It’s one day to Finalize and Finish, not one day of me starting from a blank screen.

How involved do I need to be during the day?

Coffee in hand, laptop optional. Seriously.

I’m doing the building. You’re there for the decisions that need your voice. Think: quick questions, approvals, and “yes, that” or “tweak this” as we go.

We’ll chat through strategy along the way so you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, and you’ll review and approve in real time. You don’t need to be typing for eight hours. You just need to be present, responsive, and ready to make decisions so we can keep things moving.

I’ve been interested in Learn to Host. How is Launch in a Day different?

Learn to Host teaches you the full process and you build it yourself over time with coaching, support, and curriculum.

Launch in a Day uses the same strategy I teach inside Learn to Host. It’s the exact framework my students use and it works. The difference is you’re not taking the course or doing it step-by-step on your own. You’re handing it to me, and I’m building the launch for you so you can go live faster without adding another program to your plate.

And if you’re on the fence between the two, schedule a call with me and we can see what the best option is for you & your needs!

Can this work if I’m planning to host in 2026?

This works great for a Q3 or Q4 2026 event, but only if we build your Launch in a Day ASAP. The earlier we get your launch built, the more runway you have to grow your list, warm your audience, and sell without feeling like you’re cramming everything in at the last minute. If you’re thinking of 2027, then you’re on the best timeline track to launch!

What’s required to book and secure my spot?

To book and secure your spot, you’ll submit the application 1st.

If it’s a Fit, you’ll choose your VIP Day date and pay either your pay-in-full or your 1st payment of the payment plan to offIcially lock it in. Once that payment is complete, your date is yours and we start the prep phase!

HOW TO KNOW IF THIS IS FOR YOU...

LAUNCH IN A DAY
IS FOR YOU IF...

You’re hosting a retreat, workshop, or content day and the experience/idea is already semi-mapped in your head (or mostly on paper), but the launch has been sitting on the back burner.

You want a pro to take the launch off your plate, build it correctly, and get it ready to sell.

You want to hit publish with something that feels clean, strategic, and legit, not rushed and random.

You’re ready to make decisions quickly, approve as we go, and let this move.

You want your launch to be consistent across everything, so your audience gets it fast and ticket sales feel easy.

LAUNCH IN A DAY
IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

You’re still in the “maybe I’ll host something someday” phase and you don’t want to pick a location or commit to making it real.

You want me to design the entire event itinerary and creative details. This is a launch build, not styled shoot planning.

You’re looking for a coaching program where you learn how to launch over 12+ weeks. This is a done-for-you build that moves fast. (and if that’s the case, Learn to Host is best for you)

You don’t want to give access to the platforms needed to build and set things up (email platform, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

If you’re on the fence, here’s the EASIEST check:

IF YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO HOST IN YOUR GUT & YOU'RE READY TO SAY "THIS IS THE YEAR"...
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Ready to make this real?

I'm ready to 'launch in a day'

If your event is currently living in a Notes app, a Google Doc, or a half-Finished folder called “RETREAT IDEA”… hi. This is for you.

This isn’t a coaching program. It’s not a course.

This is your entire launch built for you, in ONE day.

You show up. I build it. You leave with your event that’s ready to launch and SELL.
